Of course, the entire process remains completely under your control so you can override and make any changes you desire. This is accomplished by our simple 3-step process:
- Setup Payroll Taxes, Earnings & Deductions.
(The standard taxes and deductions are already pre-programmed into the software, so all you really need to enter would be any additional earnings/deductions that are specific to your company.) - Enter Employee Details.
This is a one-time process (except for new hires) where all employee details such as Name, ID, Address, Pay Rates, etc. are entered. Once this data is entered, the system will always know how each employee should be paid! - Run Your Paychecks!
That's it! Your payroll is complete! You can check your payroll reports for accuracy, send funds to the bank (via the built-in disbursements function) or even print cheques and pay stubs for your employees.
